2. All prices in the offer must include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Uploading a commercial offer is required.
4. We draw your attention to the fact that the supplied goods and materials should be no earlier than 2020, not used. A mandatory requirement for delivery is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The conclusion of the contract is made in the edition of EVRAZ Metall Inprom JSC.
6. When concluding a contract, you must provide the following package of documents. The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Enterprise card;
- Charter and amendments to it;
- A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- A copy of the tax registration certificate;
- A copy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for counterparties - individual entrepreneurs);
- Current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / EGRIP for the last 3 months;
- Permits - certificates, licenses and permits (if any);
- Documents confirming the powers of the signatory of the contract on the part of the counterparty;
- Certificate of fulfillment of the obligation to pay taxes - KND code 1120101. The date of issue of the certificate is not more than 1 month;
- information on the number - CPV code 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- copies of documents confirming the location certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and the signature of the head of the organization: Lease agreement and / or certificate of ownership (warehouse + office);
- Financial statements for the last 3 calendar years with the tax authorities' mark of acceptance:
* Form 0710001 according to OKUD - Balance sheet;
* Form 0710002 according to OKUD - Report on financial results;
- Financial (Management) statements as of the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization, certified by the seal (if any):
* Form 0710001 according to OKUD - Balance sheet;
* Form 0710002 according to OKUD - Report on financial results;
- certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and signed by the head of the organization, a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period with a mark of acceptance by the tax authorities.

7. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
