Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Calculations under this Agreement shall be made by the Purchaser by transferring funds to the Merchant's current account within 35 (thirty-five) working days after acceptance by the Purchaser of the delivered of the Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- Signed by the parties of Universal Transfer document (UPD) or consignment note form TORG-12 together with Invoice;
- Invoiced by the Seller for payment.
If the Seller fails to submit any of the above-mentioned documents and/or the presence of inconsistencies in them, the Buyer has the right to refuse payment of the final payment.
Delivery terms:Batches within 14 days from the date of submission of the application and in accordance with the Specification (annex № 3 to the purchase documentation)

This Invitation is not an offer and under no circumstances can be qualified as an invitation to participate in tenders, the order of which is regulated by art. Art. 447-449 OF THE RUSSIAN CIVIL CODE. The Bank reserves the right to refuse the contract at any time.
The Bank does not undertake to purchase the entire volume of products specified in the purchase documentation.
