To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach Form applicant and documents according to the profiles simultaneously with the proposals and the file as scanned copies of my commercial listings (including timelines), signed and stamped by the authorized person of the Organization of the party in this procedure. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party. Offer validity suppliers-not less than 30 days. 3. Supplier must be the manufacturer or authorized dealer of the manufacturer or distributor (documents party provides simultaneously with the offer). 4. The cost of production should be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
