Comments:
1. Products must have certificates of quality / compliance and a certificate of fire resistance.
2. Wooden glued parts should be made of softwood 1-2 grades with a moisture content of not more than 12-14%.
3. When gluing along the length, apply a 20 mm stud joint using PVA glue D4-moisture resistant.
4. When gluing on the face, it is necessary to use structural adhesives of European production (preference is given to melamine-carbonite glue PREFERE 4535 in combination with hardener PREFERE 5035). The presence of a certificate of quality, conformity and conclusions on testing the adhesive joint are mandatory.
5. Wooden structures must be treated with fire-retardant composition of group I. (Quality certificate is required).
6. The ends of the beams should be treated with epoxy based putty.
7. Sections of wooden structures in contact with metal parts should be treated with mastics based on modified epoxy.
8. Metal embedded parts (manufactured according to the drawings) and the hardware group must have an ultrasound report, and also be treated with anti-corrosion compounds.
