Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the pre-selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the commercial offer request procedure, which (as well as the procedure itself) is directed Pre-selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061 hours 2 GK rf. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Promoter the appropriate amount of civil and legal obligations and leaves him the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanations of the reasons without having any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners by dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at will and without explanation between several potential suppliers participating in the competition procedure .
3. The Organization/Documentation, which does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Promoter has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize the documentation, and accordingly the Claimant, which does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
4. The organizer of the tender procedure reserves the right to adjust the final quantity of goods and the timing of delivery at the signing stage of the contract.
5. Plant delivery schedule - in the enclosed documentation.
6. The price includes delivery to the factory.
