The commercial offer must specify:
- full specification of the equipment.
- the cost of each piece of equipment.
- the cost of delivery of equipment to the buyer's current, dismantling of old and installation of new equipment, electrical installation, installation of lighting systems, commissioning, training of the buyer's personnel, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform the work, and all other costs associated with the supply, installation and start-up of equipment.
- Brand and model of equipment;
- Terms of delivery - delivery by the supplier's forces and means to the buyer's commodity current, unloading and installation of equipment by the supplier;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.
