a. Copy of the Charter with all changes and additions;
b. Copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
c. A copy of the Certificate of Entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity registered before 01.07.2002 or a copy of the certificate issued upon registration after 01.07.2002 (assignment of OGRN);
d. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (original) with a validity not later than 1 month from the date of issue by the tax authority;
e. Documents confirming the appointment and authority of persons entitled to enter into relevant contracts with the Bank (decision of the authorized body on the election of the sole executive body (director, general director, president, etc.);
f. A copy of the power of attorney if the representative acts by proxy;
g. Other documents confirming the start date of the applicant's activity (subject to legal succession) (if any).
7. The documents specified in clause 5 shall be presented in the form of copies certified by the signature of the sole executive body and the seal of the counterparty. The following should be indicated on the inscription: "The copy is correct, the position of the full name, date, signature".
8. The document, more than 1 sheet, must be stitched and sealed with the indication "Total stitched, numbered and sealed with ____ (number of words) sheets. Position, name, signature. "
