Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 15-30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark.
Delivery terms:
The equipment must be delivered before 02/28/2023 from the moment of conclusion of the contract for the supply of equipment.
All shipping costs and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
The products must be new.
When delivering products, they must be certified with a blue seal by the supplier: 1) passport/quality certificate, 2) certificate of conformity/declaration of conformity/refusal information letter

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
