Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several models of analogues that meet the requirements of the TOR
Payment terms - obligatory deferment of 60 cal.days from the date of delivery/provision of the service
The ability to change the volume by plus/minus 30% according to the terms of the specification
Attach completed TX questionnaires to the application for participation (templates are attached to the archive with the TOR). (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered)
CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (enclosed) and to work via EDI/EDI

The bidder may repeatedly improve his quotation until the deadline for submitting bids.

Only one legal entity may take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
