1. Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
Terms of payment - a mandatory delay of 60 calendar days.
2. Submission in rubles is mandatory, preference is given to KP with a ruble offer.
3. For currency offers, a fixation of the exchange rate at the time of placing the order is required.
4. Attach to the application for participation a detailed specification with technical specifications and completed questionnaires (IMPORTANT! Without TTX proposal is not considered).
5. Readiness of the spacecraft to provide the proposed equipment within one week for testing (if not previously provided)
6. Consent of the AC to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through EDI (instructions attached).
7. The price should include delivery to the group of companies and branches, according to the file "Estimated sampling schedule and place of delivery" is attached to the documentation.
8. Alternative proposals can be submitted for several analog models that meet the requirements of the statement of work.
9. The choice will be made between the lots in rubles and ye, preference is given to the CA with the ruble offer.
10. IMPORTANT! Equipment that has successfully passed testing on the territory of the customer and was provided in a timely manner for the test (within a week) is allowed to purchase.
11. Please note that the dock must be bundled with a laptop and included in the cost.
