1. Inspection of the shopping center is possible within 3 three working days after the announcement of the Winner.
2. The contract must be concluded within 5 working days from the announcement of the Winner.
3. If the company has previously refused to conclude an agreement with JSC "Dietsmann". The organizer reserves the right not to consider the applications of such a company in other tenders.
4. Goods and materials are stored in accordance with the storage standards and recommendations of the manufacturer
5. The exact dates and time of export will be agreed by the Buyer with the Seller.
6. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods and materials according to the consignment note on the day of export of the acquired material values.
7. By submitting an application, the Participant agrees with the Seller's draft contract
8. Goods and materials will be sold if the Participant's offer exceeds the established minimum price with VAT
9. Goods and materials are sold with VAT
