Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of goods and materials.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of goods in accordance with purchasing positions. Bidding is conducted to identify a Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The list of sweets reflected in the TK is for informational purposes only, you can offer a similar analogue (do not change chocolate for marmalade or candy). With the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, subject to all delivery conditions, a specification will be signed stating the cost, terms and conditions of delivery.
1. Analogs of products offered for delivery must comply with the TECHNICAL TASK and the specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. The obligatory provision of photographs of the products offered for all positions, with the obligatory attachment of valid product certificates.
3. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
4. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
5. Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
6. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
