Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the inventory to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of inventory items to the buyer's warehouse is included in the cost of the inventory.

Comments:
Bidding for the right to conclude a supply contract for goods according to purchase items. Bidding is held to determine the Supplier with the lowest fixed price. The winner is determined by criteria. The list of candies reflected in the TOR is for informational purposes, you can offer a similar analogue (do not change chocolate for marmalade or lollipop). A specification will be signed with the Supplier who submitted the most advantageous offer, if all delivery conditions are met, fixing the cost, terms and conditions of delivery.
1. The products offered for delivery must comply with the TERMS OF REFERENCE and the specified CHARACTERISTICS.
2. It is mandatory to provide photos of the products offered for all items, with the mandatory application of valid product certificates.
3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
4. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
5. Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
6. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
