Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark.
Other payment terms are being considered. One participant can submit two or more offers with different payment terms - the main offer on deferred payment terms, and the rest on prepayment.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 90 days
Delivery terms:
The delivery date is no later than December 5, 2022. Novorossiysk-254 pieces, Kettlebell-186 pieces, Astrakhan-352 pieces. All shipping costs and other costs should be included in the cost of the products.
The products must have an expiration date margin.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Additionally provide certificates and a description of the composition of the gift with a photo or image of its configuration.
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
