Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% of the cost of a consignment of goods no later than 25 (twenty five) banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Supplier's warehouse and signing the act of acceptance of the transfer (consignment note) or consignment note.

Comments:
1) Commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head, with obligatory confirmation on the B2B ETP.
2) The commercial proposal must indicate:
- cost per unit with VAT on the terms of self-pickup from the terminal in Vladivostok.
- readiness for shipment.
- Place of loading on terms of self-pickup;
- the number of containers possible for delivery (if it is impossible to supply the entire volume);
- terms of payment
- warranty period
3) The container must be suitable for sea and rail transportation (the presence and integrity of rubber seals, undamaged door fastening mechanisms, no dents or damage to the container) and certified for sea and rail transportation (The container number must contain 7 (seven) digits and a prefix (4 letters).
The shipment of goods in a container with a prefix - XXXX or otherwise not registered in the carrier's database (Russian Railways or sea line) is unacceptable
5) The offered containers must necessarily comply with the requirements of the Buyer, this must be reflected in the TCH.
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, quality, condition of containers, terms of payment, work experience;
7) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
