Mandatory conditions for Contractual counterparty:
Payment terms: 100% post-payment with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days.
Price fixing until 12/31/2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer before 12/31/2024 (inclusive), and to supply Equipment that complies with the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.
The buyer has the right to unilaterally change the amount of equipment within 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease). At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including price and deferred payment conditions, remain unchanged.
Equipment delivery - the service "Unloading of the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the sales area, unpacking" should be included in the delivery price, except for delivery to the RC.
The service "Unloading the vehicle and bringing the equipment into the trading floor" includes:
1. Unloading the vehicle
2. Bringing equipment into the trading floor
3. Moving to the installation site in accordance with the Planogram
4. Unpacking of equipment and garbage disposal is carried out by the Supplier.
Important! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and a complete set of documents (certificate, passport, drawing, visualization).
Important! Only complex commercial offers (covering all items of the competition: equipment, delivery, installation) are subject to consideration. Proposals for some items are not subject to consideration.
Important! 5000 units . HS is being considered for Call for Bidding for 2500 TT without installation (with delivery to the facility or to the RC JSC Tander).
1000 units . HS is considered for 500 TT with installation and delivery to the Buyer's facility.
Following the results of the competition, it is planned to sign a Specification for equipment with a quantity, services (delivery and installation) in the form of a price list with a fixed price until 12/31/2024 (inclusive).
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
