Payment terms:Payment for products is made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all products provided for by the contract, based on the invoice received by the Buyer,
- within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of incoming control after receiving products of good quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (consignee) of the documents named in clause 3.4 of this agreement (for the winner / sole participant who is not a subject of SMEs) .
- within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of incoming control after receiving products of good quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (consignee) of the documents named in clause 3.4 of this agreement (for the winner / sole participant being a subject of SMEs).
The signing of the act of incoming control by the consignee confirms the acceptance by the consignee at the consignee’s warehouse of products of the proper quantity, quality, in the proper completeness, and the provision by the Supplier / receipt by the consignee of the documents named in clause 3.4 of this agreement, as well as compliance with the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, current regulatory documents and this agreement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
