Requirements to the participants:a)Участник конкурса должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, производственные,
трудовые), управленческой компетентностью, опытом (не менее 3-х лет) и репутацией (наличие писем-отзывов об аналогичных выполненных ранее поставках);
b)Иметь в наличии документы, подтверждающие полномочия Участника конкурса на поставку предлагаемой им продукции, если он не является ее производителем (копии дистрибьюторских или дилерских соглашений; оригиналы писем производителей продукции в адрес Заказчика, предоставляющие Участнику конкурса право на предложение этой продукции; иные документы).
c)Участник конкурса должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке);
d)Участник конкурса не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находится в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора,
не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника конкурса не должна быть приостановлена.
Documentation kit:может быть получен всеми зарегистрированными Участниками системы B2B-energo, после того, как они направят заявку на участие в открытом Конкурсе через электронную Торговую площадку.
Bid securities (except for bank guarantees):Обязательства Участника конкурса, связанные с подачей Конкурсных предложений, обеспечиваются
неустойкой в размере 3% от предполагаемой Участником цены Договора (с учетом налога), о чем Участник Конкурса указывает в письме о подаче оферты.
Tender bids:Конкурсное предложение должно быть заполнено на русском языке
Contract award criteria:Price incl. VAT
Bid opening place:Электронная процедура вскрытия конвертов с Конкурсными предложениями на B2B-energo
производится в автоматическом режиме.
Bid submission deadline:Bid opening accomplished 10.01.2012 at 10:00 MSK.
Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Договор по результатам конкурса между Заказчиком - ОАО «ДГК» и Победителем конкурса будет заключен в течение 20 дней в соответствии со статьей 448 части первой ГК РФ на основании протокола о результатах конкурса, подписанного Победителем и Организатором Конкурса.
Starting purchase price:Начальная (предельная) цена Конкурса не устанавливается.
Rebidding (price regulation):Organizer may exercise the right to hold a rebidding.

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ВТА-комплект" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 488 300,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 413 813,56 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ВТА-комплект" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 914 200,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 774 745,76 RUB).
