Extract from the Protocol of the competitive commission № 1270 from 14.05.2010 г., г.Хабаровск
Decision of the competitive commission:
- For Lot No. 1 Declare bidding void
- For Lot No. 2 Declare bidding void. The Customer has decided to conclude a sole source contract with ООО "Чемтрон-Петербург" amounting to 345 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 292 372,88 RUB)
- For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 047 760,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 582 847,46 RUB).
- For Lot No. 4 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 2 123 940,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 1 799 949,15 RUB).
- For Lot No. 5 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 763 420,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 646 966,10 RUB).
- For Lot No. 6 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 2 539 800,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 152 372,88 RUB).
- For Lot No. 7 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ТД "ТОКЕМ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 1 215 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 1 029 661,02 RUB).
- For Lot No. 8 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ТД "ТОКЕМ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 1 600 500,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 1 356 355,93 RUB).
- For Lot No. 9 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ТД "ТОКЕМ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 510 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 432 203,39 RUB).
- For Lot No. 10 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 2 934 880,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 487 186,44 RUB).
- For Lot No. 11 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ЗАО "Энергопромсервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 104 200,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 630 677,97 RUB).
- For Lot No. 12 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ТД "ТОКЕМ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 153 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 129 661,02 RUB).
