Payment terms:
ОАО «ДГК» услуги не ранее 25 числа после подписания акта приемки выполненных работ при условии, что работа выполнена надлежащим образом, в согласованный срок и с достижением согласованных параметров технического состояния котельной установки. Резервирование 10% сметы с окончательной оплатой после прохождения подконтрольной эксплуатации и получением оценки «соответствует требованиям НТД».
Расчёт по договору производится Заказчиком по следующей схеме: 50% от стоимости выполненных работ в течение 30 дней с момента предоставления первичной отчетности (форма КС-3,КС-2, счет-фактура, счет); оставшиеся 50% стоимости выполненных работ Заказчик оплачивает в течение последующих 45 дней. Авансирование не предусмотрено. Заказчик вправе при наличии денежных средств произвести оплату досрочно.
