1. Участник принявший участие в процедуре (сделавший предложение), до истечения срока приема заявок, обязан загрузить в систему следующие документы:
- Коммерческое предложение с указанием цены за единицу лота и за весь лот.
- Устав (со всеми дополнениями и изменениями, если они были).
- Свидетельство о государственной регистрации.
- Свидетельство о постановке на налоговый учет.
- Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ.
- Бухгалтерский баланс по состоянию на последнюю отчетную дату с отметкой налогового органа о принятии.
- Документы, подтверждающие полномочия представителя на подписание документов:
— Решение (Протокол).
— Доверенность.
2. Данная торговая процедура не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 статьями ГК РФ. Организатор вправе отказаться от всех полученных предложений в любое время со дня их объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок.
