Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance. 1.6. Documents confirming the powers of the representative to sign documents: — Decision (Protocol)-power of attorney. 1.7. Offer to deliver the goods. 2. This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part two of the CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal obligations. 3. It is anticipated that a contract between the organizer and the winner of the purchase will be concluded within 10 working days after the date of the determination of the winner.
