This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of the CIVIL CODE, part two 1057-1061. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal obligations. 3. It is anticipated that a contract between the organizer and the winners of the purchase will be concluded within 20 working days after the date of the determination of the winner.
