Bylaws (as amended and supplemented, if they were). 1.2. Certificate about State registration. 1.3. Certificate of registration tax account. 1.4. Extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER of 1.5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance. 1.6. Documents confirming the powers of the representative to sign documents: — Decision (Protocol)-power of attorney. 1.7. Offer to deliver the goods. 2. This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of the CIVIL CODE, part two 1057-1061. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal obligations. 3. It is anticipated that a contract between the organizer and the winner of the purchase will be concluded within 10 working days after the date of the determination of the winner.
