1.6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
1.7. Offer 2. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
3. it is anticipated that a contract between the organizer and the winners of the purchase will be concluded within 30 working days after the date of the determination of the winner.
