Настоящее Извещение не является Извещением о проведении конкурса, не дает никаких прав Участникам и не влечет возникновения никаких обязанностей у Заказчика и Организатора. Техническое Задание, а также процедура запроса предложений содержится в Закупочной документации, являющейся неотъемлемым приложением к настоящему Извещению.
Договор с Победителем будет подписан по типовой форме Заказчика.
