Mandatory condition for consideration of proposals is:
- submission of applications on the portal www.b2b-center.ru .
- participants must attach a commercial offer issued on the company's letterhead.
The bidder is obliged to provide written consent that - "The Bidder participating in these auctions confirms that he is familiar with all the risks associated with the conclusion of the transaction before the time of filing an application for the transaction, including familiarized with the condition and guarantees the absence of claims on the quality and quantity of the transferred property that may affect the decision of the Bidder to conclude the transaction."

- Consent to the risks regarding the acquired Property complex.

- copies of constituent documents
- copies of the certificate of registration of a legal entity and registration with the tax authority;
- copies of documents confirming the appointment (and term of office) of persons entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney;
- a copy of the power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the applicant (in case of filing an application by an authorized person).
- a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, received no earlier than three months before the date of filing the application
- a copy of the power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the Applicant (if the application is submitted by an authorized person)
- Consent to the risks regarding the acquired Property complex.
The participant is responsible for the authenticity of the documents and information provided by him.
Foreign legal entities and individuals are allowed to participate in the auction in compliance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
