This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
The Agreement between the Parties shall be deemed to have been reached exclusively after the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties shall be considered as reaching an agreement on all essential terms of the Agreement and/or shall not be considered as an offer and acceptance aimed at concluding the Agreement. The Organizer has the right to choose Offers that do not have the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation, cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner of the Call for Bidding. In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding.
The Bidder Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person, as well as in an editable format. Quality certificate and certificate of conformity for the goods. The price offer submitted through the E-Marketplaces functionality must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
Bidders of the request for proposals must attach the entire list of documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ООО "Славянск ЭКО" уведомляет, что по итогам проведения закупочных процедур поставщикам, признанным победителями (резервистами), для заключения договоров поставки МТР/выполнения работ/услуг, в обязательном порядке необходимо:
заполнить анкету контрагента согласно своей организационно-правовой форме и в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после получения уведомления о признании победителем /резервистом закупки, подать заявку на аккредитацию, предоставив все необходимые для этого документы. В случае непредоставления документов в указанный срок заявка на участие в текущей закупочной процедуре будет отклонена.
