Comments:
The bid indicates the annual cost amount based on the cost of 1 hour of the corresponding transport, in accordance with the attached template (see the file "Form КП.xlsx ").
The Customer reserves the right to conduct an additional stage of the procurement procedure by way of a final rebidding among the Bidders.
For settlements under the Contract, the winner of the procurement procedure is recommended to use a settlement account opened with ALFA-BANK JSC.
The criterion for evaluating and selecting the winner is the best offer of the Bidder both in aggregate and in terms of the total total cost.
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents a limit (maximum quantity) that can be selected (or not selected) by the Bank during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity purchased by the Bank may be reduced unilaterally by the Bank, including after selecting a winner and concluding an agreement with him.
The request for prices and offers is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bank is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids. |
