| Структура ценового предложения: | Все денежные суммы в коммерческом предложении должны включать все расходы для поставки товаров, выполнения работ, оказания услуг и должны быть выражены в валюте запроса предложений. | Регламент проведения процедуры: | Начало проведения и окончание процедуры определено с момента объявления извещения о процедуре до даты завершения приема предложений. На протяжении всего заявленного периода участникам доступна возможность подачи ценовых предложений и их последующее изменение в сторону снижения. Во время проведения процедуры участникам доступна информация о лучшей цене без наименования участника, предлагающего данную цену.
Возможно улучшение предложений (цен и условий) в ходе он-лайн конкуренции до даты окончания подачи заявок:
а) Если в последние 30 минут до момента окончания срока подачи заявок поступит предложение от одного из участников, то срок окончания подачи заявок в рамках данного запроса предложений запроса цен) будет автоматически продлён еще на 30 минут с момента поступления последней заявки.
б) Срок подачи заявок не будет продлеваться, если в течение последних 30 минут не поступит ни одной новой заявки от участников. |
