To conclude the contract you will be required to provide the following documents:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. The minutes of the general meeting of shareholders (stockholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole shareholder of the counterparty on the appointment to the post of Director of the counterparty (signature) Cc
6. Financial statements form 1 and 2 for the last year closed a copy
7. The current lease of office space (with first and last payment orders hereunder) Scan.
