Joint Stock Company South Verkhoyansk Mining Company invites you to participate in the procurement procedure for the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of fire protection equipment. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
