| Payment terms: | The cost of deliveries is paid in the following order:

- 10% final payment - within 5 (five) business days after the bilateral signing of the Acceptance Certificate of Equipment and invoicing by the Supplier. The signing of the Equipment Acceptance Certificate takes place within 6 months from the receipt of a notification from the supplier about the readiness for shipment of the Equipment. |

The location of the supplier’s warehouse is within the boundaries of the Central Federal District.
As part of the interaction for each Order, the Supplier assumes the obligation of responsible storage of finished Products (Equipment) in the Supplier’s warehouse for 6 (six) months from the date of the notification of readiness. Storage for this period is included in the price of the Products (Equipment).
For the period of safekeeping, partial export of the Products (Equipment) is possible. If such a need arises, the Supplier should be able to partially ship the Products (Equipment). It is allowed to formulate proposals for 2H, 3H and 4H antennas with built-in RET, other requirements changes are not applicable. |
