Payment terms:The customer makes the payment according to the result of achieving the goal of the work on the next working Thursday after 30 calendar days from the moment the Customer signed the acceptance report for the completed work stage, subject to receipt of the original invoice from the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation .
Delivery terms:Step by step, according to the statement of work.

Comments:
If the Participant was previously qualified as part of qualifying selection No. 1070330 (https://www.b2b-center.ru/market/view.html?id=1070330), the re-provision of the documents specified in these Instructions is not required except for:
1) A document confirming the authority of the head of the company (order or decision on the appointment of the head, including the head of the branch);
2) A document confirming the authority of the person signing the Application (Power of Attorney), if not signed by the head of the organization;
3) The balance sheet and report on the financial results of the organization or branch of the organization for 2017,2018, 1 half of 2019;
4) Certificate from the FTS on the taxpayer’s obligation to pay taxes and fees for 2017, 2018, 1st half of 2019;
5) a protocol on the verification of knowledge of those responsible for the safe production of work, the Contractor’s employees, certified by the Contractor’s seal;
