Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The caloric content of one complex dish is at least 1600 kcal.
One complex dish must necessarily consist of: first course (soup, broth); second course (side dish + meat); drink (hot / cold – to choose from); 2 pieces of bread (white / rye – to choose from); if possible, additionally cold appetizer (salad) or pastries for tea – to choose from.
The menu should be variable (for 1 day at least 2 variants of each dish / drink / cold snack) and change during the week)
All manufactured/supplied set meals must be made: from raw materials /food products, accompanied by a full package of documents confirming their origin, quality and safety, in compliance with technological processes and sanitary requirements for catering establishments
Storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products must be observed in appropriate containers, vehicles, in compliance with temperature and humidity conditions that exclude the risks of the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases and food poisoning.
Set meals should be served in disposable/reusable dishes, with cutlery placed on trays. Reusable dishes, cutlery and trays should be clean, dry, without chips and cracks, in sufficient quantity. The treatment and disinfection of reusable dishes and appliances must be carried out in accordance with sanitary requirements.
Ready—made complex dishes are made, delivered, served by and at the expense of the Contractor.
Ensuring the appropriate temperature on the ready-to-eat distribution line: hot dishes (soups, sauces, drinks) must have a temperature not lower than 75 ° C, second courses and side dishes - not lower than 65 ° C, cold soups, drinks - not higher than 14 ° C.
The cost of the dishes must include all the necessary expenses, i.e. the final, objective cost of the dish is indicated. For the Contractor Contractor who does not have a lease agreement with the RC, the cost of hourly rental of the premises + utility costs is added.
Provide a KP with an indication of the type, gram, calorie content, cost of the dishes included in the complex.
Specify in the KP how long the Contractor Contractor has been working in this area.
Specify in the KP with which other organizations the Contractor's Counterparty has worked for the last 3-5 years.
Indicate in the KP whether there are certificates, other types of incentives from organizations with which the Contractor has worked for the last 3-5 years. If available, provide scans.
If there are individual offers of loyalty to the RC, the procedure for providing services, etc., it is necessary to specify them in the KP. The absence of such information in the KP is regarded as the absence of such proposals.
The set of premises, their finishing and technological equipment must be carried out in accordance with the manufactured product range and the current requirements of sanitary legislation (at the expense of the Contractor's funds).
Availability of specialized devices with which it will be possible to warm up dishes.
Production control should be organized at the enterprise, with the delivery of product samples, etc. to the testing laboratory (at the expense of the Contractor's funds).
Schedule — 7/0 (on a daily basis, including weekends and holidays), organization of a complex lunch under the program "preferential meals for employees" in night shifts.
The activity must be organized in accordance with all legal requirements for this type of activity.
Terms of payment under the Contract - a delay of at least 60 cal.days.
The cost of the dishes must include all the necessary expenses, i.e. the final, objective cost of the dish is indicated.
Describe in detail the order of catering for RC employees (food delivery, delivery, installation / dismantling of necessary equipment (handout, for heating dishes, etc.)
The contractor — contractor organizes the places of eating in the required quantity (tables, chairs, etc.)
The contractor — contractor carries out on its own measures for cleaning the premises before and after feeding employees, maintaining a sanitary condition in the room for the distribution of complex lunches, during the feeding of employees (cleaning on tables, etc.), collecting and removing dirty dishes, other waste / garbage.
Describe in detail the procedure for actions in case of force majeure in the provision of Services (preparation, delivery, organization, shortage of dishes).
All activities of the Contractor Contractor, while providing meals to the employees of the RC, must comply with the requirements of current legislation, sanitary rules and regulations, provided with a full package of accompanying documentation.
Period of service provision:10.08.2022 – 10.07.2023
Working conditions: a room with a total area of 463.1 m2, including a production room of 199.9 m2, a visitors' hall of 263.2 m2. If necessary, it is possible to conclude a lease agreement, the monthly rent is 45 111 rubles, including VAT 7,518 rubles.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
