Provide KP indicating the type, grammovka, caloric content, the cost of the dishes included in the complex.
In the price of dishes, all necessary expenses should be included. For the Contractor who does not have a lease agreement with the RC, the hourly rent of the premises is added +utility costs.
To detail the order of organization of catering of employees of RC (delivery of dishes, delivery, assembly/dismantling of necessary equipment (dispensing, for heating meals, etc.)).
Contractor - performer organizes places of food intake in the required quantity (tables, chairs, etc.).
Contractor — executor carries out activities on cleaning of premises before and after meals of employees, maintenance of sanitary condition in the room for distribution of complex lunches, in the process of food of employees (cleaning on tables, etc.), collection and removal of dirty dishes, other waste/garbage.

In the presence of individual offers of loyalty to the RC, the order of rendering services, etc., it is necessary to indicate them in the KP. The lack of such information in the KP is regarded as the absence of such proposals.
Caloricity of one complex dish - not less than 1600 kcal.
The minimum complex dish should consist of: First hot (liquid), garnish, meat, 2 bread, tea/compote, bun (if possible). Can be extended by the Contractor's wait.
Delivery schedule — 7/0 (daily).
Ready-made complex dishes are supplied, distributed at the expense and forces of the Contractor — performer.
All supplied/manufactured products shall be transport/manufactured in the containers intended for this purpose, subject to the temperature and humidity conditions, cooking conditions, ensuring process compliance, proper storage and non - spoilage.$
The presence of specialized devices, with which it will be possible to warm up the dishes.
Complete dishes must be released in a disposable/reusable tableware, with cutlery placed on trays. Reusable tableware, cutlery, trays should be clean, dry, without chips, cracks, in sufficient quantity.
Distribution of complex dishes should be organized in accordance with all requirements for this type of activity.
Describe in detail the procedure of action in force circumstances in the provision of the Service (preparation, delivery, organization, lack of dishes).
All activities of the Contractor, when providing food to the RC staff, must comply with the requirements of the current legislation, sanitary rules and norms, provided with a full package accompanying documentation.$

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
