Contractor Requirements:
Full compliance with technical requirements (certificates, passports, necessary permits).
The contractor's experience in this type of activity is at least 3 years.
If you are interested in your proposal, a list of the required package of documents before concluding an agreement from the supplier:
1) copy of the charter and memorandum of association;
2) copy of state registration certificate;
3) copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax inspectorate (TIN and PSRN);
4) a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of provision of the extract;
5) copy of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample).
6) Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy.
7) Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan
These tenders are an internal procedure for the selection of a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".
