Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
An advance payment in the amount of the costs of mobilizing personnel, equipment and the acquisition of materials, but not more than 30% of the contract amount.
The final calculation is upon the fact of the work performed, provided that there are no comments within 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of work performed.
The Contractor / Executor can provide his own terms of payment that differ from the TK.
Delivery terms:
The place of work is the boiler plant of LLC "Zheshart LPK", located at the address: 169045, Republic of Komi, Ust-Vymsky district, urban-type settlement Zheshart, Gagarina st., 1
The term and time of the work is March-April-May 2021.
Comments: ATTENTION! to the original TK there are changes in clause 8.5 (replacement of material with TECHNO-80 brand "TechnoNIKOL")
1. The commercial proposal (according to the attached form) must indicate:
- the cost of the main composition of work by type of work in accordance with clause 8 of this TK (unit prices by type of work or LSR);
- terms of work execution, in calendar days;
- terms of payment;
- warranty periods;
- the number and qualifications of the involved personnel;
- list of involved special equipment.
2. Additional documents to the commercial proposal:
- local estimate calculation in FER
- reference list
- calculation of costs for the mobilization of personnel, equipment and the purchase of materials.
3. The contractor / contractor undertakes to provide information on the commercial part of the proposal only to the contact person of LLC "ZhLPK" specified in clause 25 of this technical task.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
