please consider the possibility of providing services and, if so, provide the following information:

- Recommendations from customers on services rendered (if any);
- Constituent documents of the Organization;
- Documents confirming the status of the partner, necessary certificates.

This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The receipt of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 18:00 GMT 13.12.2018
