Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The term of payment for the goods is within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

TK is attached to the procurement documentation. Appendix No. 1 indicates the manufacturer, part number, name, quantity and unit of measurement.

a commercial offer indicating the delivery address, the validity period of the CP, the terms of delivery of the Goods, the terms of payment for the Goods and the warranty period (according to the TOR).
