Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse, unconditionally.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

The Cargo must meet the requirements of the Gosta 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equated to them areas. Packaging, labelling, transportation and storage"
The Price should include the costs of packaging, labeling and delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse.
1) It is necessary to load the TAP with all requested delivery conditions.
2) In the TAP it is necessary to specify:
- Price with VAT/without VAT, including packaging, labeling
- transportation method
- delivery time
- type of packaging
- payment terms
- supplier's relation to the supplied products (certificates shall be attached)
- delivery time
- warranty period,
- shipping address
- cost of delivery
- Commercial proposal validity period
The products cost shall include the cost of packaging and labelling according to GOST15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96
Contract awarding criteria: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, previous experience with similar orders;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
