Payment terms:Deferment of payment 30 days from the date of delivery and submission of originals of reporting documents (c-f, trad12) and copies of quality certificates. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:Within 10 (ten) calendar days after signing the specification. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The delivered goods must be a new product not earlier than 2021 year of manufacture (goods that have not been used, are in repair, including that has not been restored, from which it has not been manufactured replacement of components, consumer properties have not been restored).

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach a scanned copy of their quotation (including delivery dates) to their electronic offers, signed authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
