We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:1) Подгрузка коммерческого предложения (оферты) за подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации (просьба подавать предложение по форме Офертат + Приложение №1 в закупочной документации).
2) Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающих качество и происхождение товара.
3) Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.
4) Заключение договора только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №1). При наличии противоречий, участник, до окончания закупочной процедуры прикрепляет на ЭТП или направляет организатору процедуры протокол разногласий к проекту договора.
5) Заключение соглашения ЭДО (обмен первичными учетными документами) только в типовой редакции ПАО "Южный Кузбасс" (Приложение №5). При несогласие заключения соглашения ЭДО участник, прикрепляет отказ в письменном виде.
6) Стоимость доставки должна быть включена в стоимость товара.
