Comments:
1) Данная процедура не является конкурсом или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447-449 и 1057-1061 ГК РФ. Организатор запроса предложений в праве отказаться от всех поступивших предложений, не неся при этом никакой материальной ответственности перед Участниками;
2) Закупка только у производителей;
3) Обязательное наличие сертификата соответствия (прикрепить к предложению);
4) Предоставление паспорта завода-изготовителя;
5) Год выпуска продукции - 2012г.;
6) Подписание договора поставки только в типовой форме ОАО ЧМК (см.вложение);
7) Опыт поставки на ОАО ЧМК;
8) В случае неисполнения вышеуказанных пунктов, предложение поставщика будет отклонено.
