Auto-extension

Payment terms:The post-payment is 30 k.d.

Payment at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of signing the contract/ specification.

The shipping cost is included in the equipment price.

Payment for the supply of equipment in full will be made only after passing the entrance inspection procedure, where it will be checked:
i. Date of manufacture of equipment;
ii. Originality of components;
iii. Check that the supplied equipment is new, that it has not been used before.
Delivery terms:Requirements for storage and data network equipment:
a. The equipment must be new, the date of production of the equipment at the factory must be no earlier than the date of signing the contract for the supply of equipment;
b. Provision of serial numbers of the equipment to the customer for preliminary verification, before sending them to the Russian Federation.
c. High-resolution photos of the equipment taken at the warehouse of the Contractual Counterparty including:
i. Photos of the original packaging, with the manufacturer's marking applied to it;
ii. Photos of unpacked equipment with manufacturer's marking applied to it (general view);

Comments:
The composition and requirements for the equipment are specified in the file "Requirements Specifications for the modernization of the data storage network"

The cost of delivery to the buyer's address must be included in the price of the equipment.

Bids are considered only if there is a Commercial Proposal in the attached form, as well as a complete set of constituent documents.

If there is a proven experience in the supply of similar equipment, it will be an advantage (it must be attached to the bid).
