Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. 100% payment within 10 banking days upon shipment to the buyer.
2.100% payment upon products receipt at the warehouse of TD Polymetal", within 30 calendar days.
Delivery conditions (mandatory)

1. Prices indicate on the terms of EXW (self-delivery from the supplier's warehouse). Transport costs are not included in the cost of production. In the cost of products provide packaging and if necessary a crate of cargo.
2. Provide a shelf life for the product to be shipped and the shipping address.
3. Identify the manufacturer of the products. Indicate the attitude to products. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of compliance, passport, etc.).
5. Products should be new, not used. Products must be in line with the assigned technical task;
6. Specify warranty terms for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC is commissioned.
7. To specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total by lot (mass, volume).
8. When shipping, each cargo seat must be attached to a packing sheet on the form set by the buyer. Before you send it, send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields (5 pieces). Fields should be filled informatively, without comment - "in KP."

In addition (not a prerequisite)

If it is possible to deliver goods under the terms of DDP (Buyer's warehouse/port Magadan) the offer must be formalized as an alternative CP to the announced procedure. Shipping costs must be specified in the CP in a separate line.

Winner criteria include the criteria for determining the winner.

1. Compliance with the proposed products conditions of the technical task, the agreement of the Customer.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The order is ready for shipment.
4. The participant's attitude to the products (producer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing the full package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.

The agreement of the form of the framework agreement attached to the procurement documentation is mandatory without disagreement.

4. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
