Comments:

With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods. We do not offer used and reconditioned equipment.

3) Signing a supply agreement and specifications in a standard form of PJSC ChMK, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
5) When choosing a winner, the manufacturer of the products and companies with a dealer certificate have priority.
