Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Buyer pays cash in the amount of 100 (one hundred)% of the value of all goods to the Supplier no later than 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of receipt of all goods in the Buyer's warehouse and signing the consignment note without comments, providing an invoice.
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments: Acceptance of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
1) It is mandatory to upload a commercial proposal in the form (see purchase documentation), a certificate confirming the attitude to the product.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- price of goods and materials (including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- payment terms;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of the package, a photo of product labels (requirements for labeling are specified in the uploaded documents);
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
