The supplier guarantees the quality of the delivered products in accordance with the current standards approved for this type of Production. The supplier ensures that the products are new, unrecovered and not previously Used.

1. The participant of the request for proposals must be a manufacturer or an official dealer (representative) of the Manufacturer. The dealer (representative) shall submit the documents confirming the status of the supplier as the official dealer (representative) of the manufacturer with the preservation of all warranty obligations of the Manufacturer.
2. The participant of the request for proposals should have the necessary professional knowledge and experience, have the resource opportunities (financial, material-technical, production, labor), Management competence, Positive Reputation.
3. The bidder must not have a loss for the last fiscal year and quarter (forms № 2 "profit and Loss statement").
4. The participant of the request for proposals shall not have a decision on suspension of the activity of the procedure, stipulated by the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses on the day of consideration of the proposal for participation in competitive Negotiations.
5. The participant of the request for proposals shall not have any arrears in the accrued taxes, fees and other obligatory payments to the budgets of any level or the state extrabudgetary funds for the past, completed reporting PERIODS.
6. The participant of the request for proposals shall have the full civil capacity for the conclusion and execution of the Contract.
7. The participant of the request for proposals should not be insolvent or bankrupt, be in the process of Liquidation. The economic activity of the participant should not be suspended.

11. For participants of the request for proposals having a contractual relationship with JSC "moskoks", It is obligatory to load the documents strictly according to the list (attached);

11. Copy of the power of attorney for the right of signature in case the documents are signed by the representative by proxy;
12. Consent to the processing of personal data of employees of the participant, the contact information of which is specified in the Offer
13. A copy of the decision on the agreement to commit a major transaction (if required in accordance with the statutory documents of the participant and the law), or (in case the transaction under the law is not for the participant Large)-a certificate (letter) in Arbitrary form, which should indicate that such approval is not required, indicating the reasons;

18. The participant of the request for proposals has the right to contact the organizer of the procurement procedure with questions on clarification of the request for proposals, as well as to receive from the organizer exhaustive information on the conditions and order of procurement (except Confidential information or constituting a commercial secret).
19. The participant of the request for proposals has the right to apply to the organizer with a proposal to extend the deadline for submission of Applications.
20. Any legal entity or individual may participate in the request for proposals, or the association of these persons, capable of lawfully supplying the products and performing the required Work.
On the results of the request for proposals the organizer notifies the winner of the contest in one of the ways: Letter (by fax); by e-mail; On the Phone.
The Organizer reserves the right to choose the method of Notification.
The Organizer reserves the right not to explain the results of the proposals to the other participants of the Request.
A proposal to conclude a contract is sent to the winner within three Days.
