Dear Partners, Thank you for participating in the B2B-Center ETP.

All correspondence relating to this request must be prepared in strict accordance with the attached request and procurement documentation,

These auctions are held in several stages, as a result of which the winner of the supplier will be determined.

1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment;
2. Offer currency requirements - the price must be specified in the offer currency excluding VAT;
3. Required delivery times - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery times;
4. The validity period of the TKP is at least 30 days, 60 days are recommended.
5. Requirements for the submission of documents - the mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or the manufacturer's certificate (other documents on request);
6. Delivery conditions requirements - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse at (specified in the RFQ notice) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out the template for submitting a commercial offer on the ETP
